Payment Terms

• All fees are non-refundable.
• The initial work will start after the prepayment amount has been received by the client in full
• Intmetrics compensation shall be paid as per the fee described in the "Investment" section
• We reserve the right to pause the work if the payment method is declined
• The payment should be done by any of the following methods: Credit/debit card payment, PayPal, and or Zelle.
• Intmetric does not store any sensitive credit/debit card data on any of the provider's servers or databases/ All data is stored securely by the processing gateway and intmetric does not have access to that data directly.

Assignment of Specific Rights

For receiving professional SEO services for intmetric, the client agrees to provide the following,

• Give permission for making changes on the web pages for the purpose of on-page optimization.
• Full access to website statistics like google analytics, google search console and google my business
• Permission to use clients email ids for the purpose of requesting backlinks
• 
  

Clients Obligations

• The client is expected to provide accurate, complete, and true information to us
• The client has the right and authority to sign and act on this agreement
• The client agrees to work closely with intmetric to provide regular information, and feedback so intmetric can make adjustments to the SEO strategy accordingly

Intmetrics Obligations

• Intmetric is not responsible for any changes to the website or SEO done by the client
• Intmetric retains the right to cancel or terminate the client's account and deny any and all the present or future use of the services
• Intmetric agrees to make every effort to keep clients informed about every development in an SEO campaign
• 
  

Client Acknowledgments

The client understands, acknowledges, and agrees that,

• SEO results are not immediate, we strongly recommend our clients to remain with us for twelve (12) months, and the client is to pay each month on the agreed-upon day.
• After the initial month, this agreement will be renewed on a month to month basis
• Intmetric has no control over the guidelines of the search engines regarding the sort of pages and the content they allow now or in the future
• Client sites or web pages may be withdrawn from any directory at any time at the sole discretion of the search engine. Intmetric will resubmit page links to equivalent directories
• Intmetric can not guarantee number 1 position or the top 10 rankings of particular keywords because of the constantly changing search engine algorithm and other competitive factors
• Sometimes search engines drop the listing for no predictable reasons. Often listings reappear without any additional submissions and if it does not Intmetric will re-submit the site based on the current policies.
• Some search directories charge a premium for expedited listing services. If the client decides to use the expedited listing services, the client will be responsible for the expedited service fees.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Intmetric provides recommendations regarding current Search Engine Optimization tactics that should improve your website's performance in search engine ranking. However, Intmetric is not responsible for the algorithms used by major search engines to rank web pages. Intmetric can not predict future algorithm changes.

Confidentiality

• Both the client and intmetric undertake to keep secret and not to disclose any confidential information and not use it for any other reason than the performance of its obligations under this agreement.
• Except with the prior written permission of intmetric, the client shall not publish the content of the contract, reports, presentations, and other communications by intmetric.

Agreement Termination

• If none of the parties informs the other party via email at least 30 days before the agreement term expiry date about the termination of the agreement or of any altercations in the terms of the agreement, the agreement term shall be extended under the same conditions for another year.
• Both parties have the right to terminate the agreement with a 30-day notice period without any penalties.

Liabilities of the Parties

• Intmetric cannot be held liable for any losses or damages that appeared as a result of damages or failures of electric grids, network connection, or hardware necessary for the access and availability of the service.
• We can not guarantee that we will be error-free, human mistakes are bound to happen. So we can not be held responsible to your or any third party for damages.
• Intmetric is considered a technical provider of technical solutions and shall in no way be bound or responsible for the transportation or any other services.
